At first I was real stiff, I was petrified,
Didn’t know how I was gonna get my limbs and joints to
glide,
But I spent so many nights with my back feelin’ all wrong,
I grew strong, I got my yoga on,
And now I’m back,
From that tight space,
I spend my Sundays at the Beaumont with Sarah’s smiling
face,
I should have checked that stupid clock,
I should have Om’d regularly,
If I had known for just one second,
My back’d be back to bother me.
Not bad for off-the-cuff eh? ;) -Bri
I enjoy your yoga class because as a beginner I don't feel out of place. I require regularly scheduled classes to help me stretch. As a long distance runner, my muscles become very tight and I am motivated to show up each week to stretch them. I enjoy the camaraderie and the friendship of the people I have met in your group. I have and will continue to recommend your class to anyone who is considering yoga.
Sincerely, Charles
I enjoy practicing on Sunday night at 6:30pm as it is a nice way to end the week (or start the week) depending on how I choose to look at it. ;-)
Due to personal health conditions that I deal with I enjoy the pace, structure, moves and environment that Sarah's class provides on Sunday night.
Namaste, Shannon
I come to yoga because it makes me feel good physically and emotionally. It also keeps me in touch with how my body is really feeling deep down.
