I'm always amazed at how great I feel when I practice yoga regularly and how crappy I feel when I haven't done it for a day, a week or a month. 

WARNING: Once you start to practice regularly you may start to feel the following symptoms:

  2. Amazing self confidence.
  3. Incredible memory and focus.
  4. The vitality and strength of your youth.
  5. No more bloating and pain in your gut.
  6. Happy!

We flow through classic poses moving carefully, with full awareness, moving in sync with our breath and heartbeat.

We feel what we're doing while we're doing it, quieting the chatter of our minds. 

Start with what you have: 

  • comfortable, loose clothing  
  • an empty stomach
  • a big smile on your face
I'll provide the warm, inviting atmosphere and the yoga mats, blankets, cushions, etc.
